TEAM SHF

Alex Baldock
Owner
I am a teacher and have worked here at Port Sorell Primary School as a Physical Education and classroom teacher since 2013. I am passionate about educating and health and fitness and believe in helping people of all ages reach their full potential and achieve their goals. I have been involved in sport from an early age, playing both basketball and football at a high level. I am also currently involved with the Tasmania Devils High Performance Football Academy as a Development Coach. In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach and experiencing the beautiful area in which we live with our daughter, Elke.
Samantha Lawrence
Owner
I am originally from Burnie and moved to the Shearwater area in 2014. I completed my Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2011 and spent 5+ years working as a Personal Trainer and Recreation Facility Manager, before moving into numerous Health and Wellbeing roles within the Department for Education, Children and Young People. I have played hockey at a national level and always enjoyed being active and trying new sports. I love spending my time off with my family and friends, this is usually always out and about in our beautiful community.

Charlotte
Trainer
Charlotte has worked as a personal trainer for the last two years and is currently studying at University of Tasmania, completing her Bachelor of Health and Physical Education. Charlotte has played sport her whole life, participating in judo, basketball and athletics where she represented the State. Charlotte is a friendly, approachable and motivating trainer who will help push you outside your comfort zone and achieve your health and fitness goals.
Jasmyn
Trainer
Jas grew up playing basketball for 12 years before deciding to switch to football which she is now playing at a state level.
Jas started strength training at 14 years old, fell in love with it and knew this was going to be her career. Jas is our in-house Personal Trainer and available to book online.
"The knowledge I have gained around strength training over many years in multiple sporting backgrounds not only gives me the ability to apply it to my own fitness journey but also gives me the ability to guide you through yours".
